Site Membership
Membership is available to any person over the age of 16 who registers and accurately provides all the required information, provides a legitimate electronic mail address and obtains a membership name and password. Membership is non-transferable.
All membership information must be accurate and belong to the person registering. Invalid, incomplete, or falsified information can result in the immediate termination of all membership privileges for that user.
Electrician Smart is not responsible for the content or accuracy of posts. Electrician Smart also does not always preview member posts before they appear on the site and will not remove posts that do not violate our guidelines. Should a violation be discovered, or the posting party not respond to any request for proof of ownership within 72 hours of being contacted, the document or messages in violation will be removed.
Disabled accounts
Even though we reserve the right to delete accounts that have few or no posts or whose member violates our agreements; doing so may significantly disrupt any previously posted threads and their continuity. In this case, we reserve the right to disable the account leaving the posts in place. When we disable the account we may also change the members users name and remove all profile information.:
